“A tidy desk is a tidy mind...” Who wants cables everywhere when they’re trying to work?! Not our client in north London, that’s for sure… they said NO to distracting trip and fire hazards.

What we did:

Removed socket tower and made cables safe under book shelves

Installed 2 compartment dado trunking to the underside of the desk - supplied from the existing cables coming down the RSJ and installed in existing chase in the wooden floors cover by a metal floor covering to protect cables.

Installed 100mm basket trey on the underside of the desk so that the cables from the slack on the leads will rest on and not be as visible.

Also renewed plastic double socket by the RSJ mounted on unistut.
